Biography:

Ken Hughes is now recognised as one of the world's leading authorities on consumer, shopper and cyber-shopper behaviour. He is internationally renowned for helping his largely blue-chip client base understand the physical, digital and future consumer.

With 20 years' experience as CEO of a consumer insight agency, he combines his understanding of consumer & cyber psychology, digital anthropology, behavioural economics and retail futurology to explore the needs of the new consumer and predict the changes to come. He is the Founder of Glacier Consulting.

Glacier Consulting is a boutique agency specialising in shopper and consumer insight, based in the application of behavioural science research methodology.. Founded in 2001 they blend shopper psychology , cultural anthropology, cyber behaviour and neuroscience to arrive at eureka moments relating to shopper and consumer behaviour.
