Janet Van Huysse

JanetVanHuysse is SVP, Chief People Officer at cyber-security company, Cloudflare. In this role, she is devoted to the company's overall culture and leading recruiting efforts. She is a huge proponent of diversity in tech and for parents in the workplace.

She has over twenty years experience as a HR leader in technology. Janet was the first VP of HR at Twitter, then the VP of Diversity & Inclusion. Janet is also the co-founder of Tendlab, a venture seeking to transform the workplace by unleashing the power and potential of parenthood.

Janet also helps lead Cloudflare’s partnership with Path Forward, a nonprofit organization driven to get people back to work after they've taken time off to care for a loved one. She has twenty years experience as a HR leader in technology.
