He hosts the Experience This! Show podcast and The Experience Maker Live Show, and is a contributor to Forbes. "The Experience Maker" was named one of the Top 100 Customer Experience Books and Top 100 Customer Service Books of all time by BookAuthority.

He earned a B.A. in psychology and communications from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at

Northwestern University.
