Alain Goudsmet is an internationally-renowned expert in the field of mental coaching, with over 20 years of experience in guiding teams and individuals in their quest for top performance. Alain is a prominent personality in the world of sports, education and business.
He is the Founder & CEO of Mentally Fit Institute , an unconventional organisation which stems from the philosophies and ideals of sports coaching and implements it in the business world. Alain has been at the forefront of innovation and development in the coaching industry.
He has worked with high profile organisations and Fortune 500 companies, IBM, AirFrance, Shell, Ernst &Young and Unilever; to name a few. Alain has also made an integral contribution to sports by acting as the mental coach and mentor for the Belgian National men’s hockey team during the Beijing Olympics, 2008 and then repeating the success by guiding the Belgian National women’s hockey team to qualify for the London Olympics, 2012.
Even in the field of education , Alain has been involved with serval prestigious business schools across the globe. He is intimately involved in various aspects of Masters programs at the Solvay Business School(Brussels) being a faculty in Human Resources Department . Alain is actively engaged in INSEAD (Singapore and France) ,as faculty of MBA and executive education programs.
